Welcome to Earthlings Only. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Earthlings Only.

Many Earthlings Only products are made to order. Because of this, production times may vary.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, promotions, or other information at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added at checkout.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain incorrect pricing, or violate these Terms.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information.

Earthlings Only is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Shipping

Shipping and production times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Earthlings Only is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Because many of our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of preference unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

All content on this website, including artwork, graphics, logos, designs, product images, text, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Earthlings Only.
